On December 2, 2024, the transaction for the acquisition of a majority stake in Gdynia-based Loconi Intermodal S.A. by the global group PSA International Pte Ltd was officially finalized, after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. The preliminary agreement was signed earlier this year.
The buyer of the shares is PSA Baltics N.V., a company within the PSA International Group, a global port operator whose portfolio currently includes over 60 deep-sea, rail, and inland terminals worldwide, including flagship ports in Singapore and Belgium.
Ownership Structure of Loconi After the Transaction
PSA has acquired an 85% stake in the Loconi Intermodal Group. The remaining 15% remains with ATC CARGO S.A.
